The Health Scheme provides free ambulance services and essential medical support to children registered with Nusrat Trust, ensuring timely healthcare access for special children and their families.

Nusrat Complex, spread over five acres in Malir, Karachi, includes a primary and secondary school, a hospital, a hostel, a vocational training center, and residential units for staff and doctors — all offering free education, healthcare, and boarding.

The Vocational Training Centre teaches practical, employable skills to children and young adults with disabilities, helping them become self-sufficient and confident earners after their education.

The Rozgar Scheme trains disabled individuals in vocational skills and then helps them start a small business or find employment — the same support that helped beneficiaries like Kareem Bakash and Sohail become shop owners.
