On the joyful occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3rd December), Nusrat Trust for Special Children proudly announces a Grand Winter Festival to celebrate and support special children, young individuals, and families of persons with disabilities.

The Winter Festival 2025 is designed to bring happiness, confidence, and a sense of community to children and individuals with disabilities. Families will enjoy a warm, inclusive environment filled with entertainment, support, and care.

Registration will be open for only three days — 29th & 30th November 2025 — across multiple designated registration centers.
Eligibility:

Individuals must present a NADRA Disability CNIC, B-Form, or an official Disability Certificate.
